Kristin Pope is a graduate of the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of South Carolina. Over the years, she has worked her way up in the ranks of advertising and design. She started out as a production artist for The Gillespie Agency in Columbia, South Carolina and then went on to become an Art Director at the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism and, currently, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina.
Kristin loves design in all its forms, and she takes great pride in her own work. Given her passion for what she does, it would not be unusual to find her browsing a bookstore and buying a magazine, book or CD because something about the design speaks to her. Its hard to believe that she started out as a biology major planning on a career in genetic research!
